A tall order, you might think, but through the use of humour, coupled with clear and compelling messages, the campaign to promote quality management became synonymous with smart, slightly cheeky, but always unmistakeable messaging. A prize-winner in the 2011 FEIEA Grand Prix.



Embedding a positive organisational culture

When employees tell you they love their organisation's culture, it's important that leaders act as role models and new employees adopt the culture swiftly, so it isn't undermined from the inside.

This three-year campaign helped embed an already successful values framework and was another winner in several awards programmes.

A post-merger integration strategy

Experience from multiple mergers, acquisitions and divestments were invaluablefor this latest corporate consolidation. The first question employees ask when a merger is announced? "Do I have a job?" The second, which follows pretty quickly, is: "Do I want a job in this new culture?" This project won a CiB Award of Excellence in merger/change management.
